We're centrally located on the seafront, less than one minute's walk from the pier and less than 20 metres from the beach. Our prime position ensures spectacular uninterrupted sea views, with glorious sunsets and sunrises. We are also within east walking distance of the town centre shops, restaurants, theatres, congress centre, bandstand and a host of other attractions.

HOW TO GET HERE
From the M25, take the M23 towards Brighton. Just before Brighton take the A27 going east, sign-posted Lewes/Worthing. Follow the A27 towards Lewes and carry straight on to Eastbourne. As you approach Eastbourne, follow the signs to the seafront. When you get to the seafront continue towards the Pier. We are just before you reach the Queen's Hotel and the pier.
PARKING
There is Pay and Display parking along all the seafront (Marine Parade) opposite our front entrance. If all seafront parking bays are taken, it's worth turning in to nearby side streets (Marine Parade Road/Colonnade Road is just before us, Queens Colonnade Gardens just past us), as there are usually spaces to be found within a two-minute walk. The Royal will provide you with a free parking voucher.
BUS AND TRAIN SERVICES
Eastbourne train station is a 10-minute walk or short taxi ride away. If walking, follow signs down Terminus Road to the seafront, turn left towards the pier, carry on past Queen's Hotel and we are a few doors down on Marine Parade. Bus number 12 from Brighton stops outside the pier, less than one minute's walk away.
